Israel Leadership, Across Political Spectrum, Agree On Need To Strike Iranian Nuke Program

No one should doubt the agreement and resolve of Israeli leadership and the Israeli people to use their military to destroy the Iranian nuclear bomb program. Israeli leaders have repeatedly stated their consensus on this matter.

The US has a moral obligation to help them and support them. We cannot stand aside as we did, as Christians did, during the first holocaust. President Bush and Secretary Rice need to step up to the bar of history and do the right thing to help stop a second holocaust. If they do not, they will share the blame for the second mass destruction of world Jewry.

Olmert Complains to Bush About Shift in US Policy on Iran

According to DEBKAfile, Olmert has sent a letter to President Bush a week or so ago, complaining that the recent shift in US policy toward Iran (engaging in direct talks and apparently informal relations) violates a verbal understanding between Bush and Olmert reached a year ago in face-to-face talks. Frankly, I didn't think Olmert had the balls to protest. I'm pleased that he, at least someone in high office somewhere, complains that Bush has abandoned his tough line against terrorism and terror-sponsoring states, and specifically Iran. About time. Will it do any good? Probably not; Bush has gone limp. From the point of view of foreign relations, the sooner the Bush administration is over, the better ... Whoops! Forgot about Obama! Maybe not for the better. Stay strong, John! And let's hope for McCain change!

Obama's Prayer At The Western Wall

Obama prayed for his family and himself. He did not pray for the Jewish people or for the restoration of the Temple or for the triumph of truth and righteousness. He prayed to be an instrument of God's will; but--read the Old Testament--he did not pray for strength and humility to set his selfness aside so he could obey God's law.

Obama At The Western Wall: Outsider Who Doesn't Care About Israelis

Daniel Jackson writes about Obama's visit to the Western Wall in Jerusalem. It was a moment in which subtleties of behavior and symbolism betray the outsider who approaches the ancient monument of Western spirituality.

New York Times Bias Against Israel Proved

Honest Reporting reports a quantitative analysis of a year of New York Times' coverage of conflict between the so-called "Palestinians" and Israel. The analysis clearly demonstrates hostility toward Israel and exoneration of terror by so-called "Palestinians".

Islamic Cartoons Allege Jewish Control of US Election

Donald Sensing has collected cartoons, most by so-called "Palestinian" cartoonists, of Obama, but also of McCain. The cartoons basically allege that Israel and Jews control the US presidential election.

Obama's "Israel is a strong friend of Israel's" Slip--Meaning: US Out of His Picture?

As Freud would say, all slips of the tongue are meaningful and not mistakes. Some part of Obama's mind was telling the truth with the slip. Obama clearly meant, consciously, to say, the United States is a strong friend of Israel's. But he didn't say that. In fact, as he continued to talk, extemporaneously from Jordan, on his trip, he had the opportunity in the next several verbal sentences to correct his mistake by replacing the pronoun "It" with the name, The United States; but he did not. It seems to me that the slip indicates that he actually intends that, if elected, under his administration, the US would be out of the picture and the only strong friend Israel would have would be Israel, itself. He did, after all, visit Jordan and Ramallah before he showed up in Jerusalem at the King David Hotel. He rushed to reassure the Muslims, both "Palestinian" societies, and in his slip let the Israelis know where they stand in his mind. Jews who care about Israel would be fools to vote for Obama.

Taking Out Kantar

Surely, there must be justice-loving, freedom-fighting undercover operative trained as a sniper who could take out Kantar? And while at it, couldn't s/he do the world a favor and take out Nasrallah, too?
